Likeness

Likeness respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Email address — from the waitlist form and the Founder reservation flow.
Payment details — collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see your full card number.
Reservation record — the amount paid, currency, Stripe session identifier, and status.

How we use it

To confirm your reservation and send you the receipt.
To email you when Likeness launches so you can activate your subscription.
To respond to your support requests.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum required data with the vendors that power Likeness: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and our transactional email provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your email and reservation record for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing support@yourlikeness.co. Waitlist and confirmation emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our platform providers. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe under PCI DSS.
