Refund Policy

The $25 Founder deposit is non-refundable. It locks in your founding subscription rate for life and is credited in full to your first month of service once Likeness launches.

The one exception

If Likeness does not launch within twelve (12) months of your deposit, we will contact you at the email on file to arrange a full refund of your $25 deposit.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Our checkout prevents you from reserving twice with the same email. If a duplicate charge still occurs, email support@yourlikeness.co with your receipt and we will refund the duplicate promptly.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved by email within one business day.
